Return Policy for Personalized Items

We provide proof drawings for all custom and personalized work which you must approve before we ship.

We normally provide this proof drawing 1-3 days after your purchase. It will be emailed to the address you have provided with your order. Once you approve, we engrave and ship the order.

Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for custom or personalized work unless the item was made incorrectly by us.


Return Policy for Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items will be considered for return on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will strive to make it right! If you wish to return an item within 30 days, you are responsible for shipping back to us. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will issue a refund for the price of the item.



All items will be shipped using your chosen method at checkout.
We normally prepare and ship orders 1-2 days after your purchase. Custom orders will be longer, normally 3-5 days after your approval is received.

Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you chose at checkout.

International Orders

Buyers outside the United States are responsible for all custom fees and taxes their home country may require.


Damaged Orders

We pack our items very well...but for items damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately and include pictures of the packaging and damaged item(s). We will ship replacement(s) immediately.


Items Not Picked Up

If items are returned due to lack of pick up from the post office or an incorrect address, a second shipping fee will be charged to send your package a second time.
